You don't have to hit a home run every time you're up to bat. Sometimes contact is all you need. Small changes can bring about big results. Start with a couple of these suggestions today and add to them as each goal is made. Before you know it, you will be well on your way to meeting big goals, and getting your life on track to becoming a healthier individual. Personally, I have used each of these suggestions at one time or another in my weight loss journey, and continue to use them. Most have become a daily habit.
